i'm back on my bs. this morning i felt a sudden urge to get dressed and document my styling. it was a real channeling moment!
i think the official transition into autumn & libra season activates something in me--from a styling perspective, i have a lot more interest in styling for autumn/winter than i do for summer. i love summer and a little mini dress but i've missed my big boots, my jackets, and the other 90% of my closet. i live somewhere where the majority of the year is cold, so i just have more clothing and accessories geared towards navigating those temperatures. and, i feel like autumn/winter styling challenges me to be creative because i can get more garments and elements involved without sweating out! i don't have an A/C so... there's no complex outfit i'm wearing in the summer unless i wanna pass out while trying to put it on.
and libra season means the sun is transiting my 6H. i've been thinking about the toil and health concerns of the 6H and the need to REDUCE STRESS as the #1 thing i can do to bring some balance and harmony into my life. as i played dress up early in the morning, i felt a real sense that style blogging brings a much needed levity into my life. libra season is calling me into balancing out through creating more time and headspace for meeeee and exploring my venusian realm. my version of rest still needs a little "let's do work" energy mixed lol so blogging feels like a great low-stakes outlet for my need to experiment and work on/tend to something that brings me joy.

also, virgo season reminded me of how strange this planet is and how much i love to be an earth alien. for libra season, i just want to keep being strange and sharing my niche/slice of life in the way that's most relaxing to me. blogger scratches an itch for reasons you can read about here. this current blog (and these outfits) would excite my younger selves so much!
